Transfer from Riga International Airport (RIX)
Transfers from Riga International Airport (RIX) to the conference venue (Jelgava, Akmenu iela 1) for conference delegates will be organized on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at 12:00, 14:00 and 16:00.
An additional transfer from Riga International Airport (RIX) to the conference venue (Jelgava, Akmenu iela 1) for the student forum (and other conference delegates) will be organized on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 15:00. After leaving Riga Airport, the bus will have a stop at Riga Latvian Society House (Merķeļa Street 13, Riga) at 15:30.
The fee for each transfer is 10,00 EUR. You will be asked to pay in cash in the bus and will get an invoice as soon as you arrive in Jelgava at the Registration desk. Signing up in advance is required:
