The conference will take place at two larger venues; Malmö Academy of Music (Thursday, May 16) and Clarion Hotel & Congress Malmö Live (Friday to Saturday, May 17-18). Registration will take place at Clarion Hotel & Congress Malmö Live on Wednesday, May 15. The Opening Ceremony on Wednesday, May 15 will be held at a former cinema (now concert hall) Palladium, located at the heart of Malmö city. The Conference Dinner on Friday, May 17 will take place at the historical Malmö Town Hall and the Closing Ceremony on Saturday, May 18 will be held at the Clarion Hotel & Congress Malmö Live. The Clarion Hotel is also one of the two pre-booked hotels. Accommodation – pre-booked hotels

The 2019 EAS Conference has secured a limited number of rooms at a special discounted rate including breakfast at Clarion Hotel/Malmö Live and Comfort Hotel. To obtain the special rate be sure to make your reservations early and to indicate that you are attending the 2019 EAS Conference by using the specific booking code (see table below).

The rooms reserved to a reduced price for the EAS conference will begin being cancelled by February 14 with 75% of the non booked rooms. On March 14 50% of the then non booked rooms are cancelled and April 14 25% of the non booked rooms are cancelled. Two weeks before the conference no rooms will be reserved for EAS delegates.

For other hotel options please use your regular hotel booking sites, where you also can get directions and a map. There are plenty of hotels in Malmö in different price ranges but make sure you book your accommodation early.
