The Department of Music Studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, supported by the European Association for Music in Schools (EAS) are organising the second Early Research Forum.
It will include presentations by MA graduates as well as current PhD students in the fields of Music Education, Community Music and Music Cognition.
Invited key-note speaker Professor Margaret Barrett (Monash University, Australia) will discuss “Young children’s creative practice and musical cultures: sustaining and supporting the beginnings of intangible cultural practice”.
There will be presentations in Greek and English. The event will take place on Friday, 16th June, at the School of Philosophy (Rm 917), between 10.30-17.30.
