Michele Biasutti PhD, associate professor, for reason of advanced study and research he has resided in the United States at Indiana University and the University of California at Berkeley. In he was a visiting professor in several USA universities such as the University of Massachusetts and the New York University. Michele Biasutti has deep understanding of EC policies, methodologies and working methods gained through an involvement in EC founded programs, project and institutions. He is a member of the board of International associations and scientific Director of research projects financed by Italian and EU Institutions. IP International coordinator, and coordinator of national units for Tempus projects, Biasutti has a wide experience in project evaluation matured during working for international organisations such as UNESCO. He is working internationally as consultant for project evaluation for governmental agencies such as the Austrian Science Fund (FWF), the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG), Swiss National Foundation, and the National Centre of Science and Technology Evaluation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is a member of the editorial board of journals and he has published articles in Impact Factor journals such as British Journal of Music Education (Cambridge University Press), Computers & Education (Elseiver), Creativity research journal (Taylor& Francis), Educational Technology & Society, Frontiers in Psychology, Hearing Research (Elseiver), Journal of Education for Teaching (Taylor & Francis), Journal of Research in Music Education (Sage), Music Education Research (Taylor & Francis), Small Group Research (Sage), Technology, Pedagogy and Education (Taylor & Francis), Thinking Skills and Creativity (Elseiver). An article of him published in Frontiers in Psychology, (Impact factor 2.4) was selected for the “Climb the Tier” section.

He is a leading Italian researcher for his scientific disciplinary sector for quotations, H-index (Perish) and number of papers in impact factor journals. He was the scientific director of the international conferences Psychology and Music Education (PME04) and Training Music Teachers (TMT07) author of seven books and 200 articles, chapters and conference proceedings papers.
