Registration for the EAS Conference 2023 in Lyon
Early bird registration will open December 1st 2022 and close February 28th 2023.
Late bird registrations will close April 23rd 2023
on our Conference Platform: https://www.conftool.org/eas2023/
Registration deadlines & Conference fees:
- Early bird rate: 180 EUR, until February 28, 2023
- Late fee rate: 210 EUR, from March 1 – April 23, 2023
- On-site-registration is not possible.
- BA/MA students & participants of Doctoral Student Forum: 100 EUR, no deadline
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation before April 1, 2023: full refund
- Cancellation before April 23, 2023: 50% refund
- Cancellation from April 23, 2023 is not subject to any refund
