Registration deadlines & Conference fees
- Registration starts
- December 10 only for all accepted paper or workshop presenters
- December 15 onwards for all delegates
- Early bird rate (from start of registration until January 31st, 2026): €190
- Standard fee (from February 1st): €230
- Student rate (BA/MA students & participants of Doctoral Student Forum): €100
- Registration closes: March 11th 2026
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation before February 24, 2026: full refund
- Cancellation before March 10, 2026: 50% refund
- Cancellation from March 10, 2026, are not subject to any refund
