The European Association for Music in Schools (EAS) is registered in Belgium and acts in accordance with the following set of regulations (approved at the EAS General Meeting of March 2021).

The EAS Bylaws (updated version 06/2024)  stand alongside the EAS Regulations. They clarify further formal processes, rights and obligations in the EAS.
