Classrooms are fitted with desktop computers using a Windows operating system. Projectors and speakers are available for those using audiovisual materials and there are pianos in most rooms.

Delegates are encouraged to bring their presentations on a USB stick or to upload the document to cloud storage, such as OneDrive or Google Drive. Embedding audiovisual material, rather than relying on internet links, is recommended, particularly for those wishing to present from their own laptop.

Delegates may also want to bring:

• A power adapter (Ireland uses a three-pin plug!!)
• HDMI lead (if using own laptop)
• Mac adapters (e.g. USB-C to HDMI)

There will be free Wi-Fi available during the conference.
