Please note that the Closing Ceremony will take place in J.Haydn-Saal & Foyer, 1st floor of the main buildung (=registration hall), which will allow all EAS participants to get together one last time at the end of the conference.

Due to limited space, we will kindly ask you to stand during the ceremony (some seats will be avaiable for those who need them). The ceremony will feature a review of the conference, a preview to next year’s conference and a musical surprise.
