Early bird rate: 210 EUR, deadline February 15th 2027
BA/MA student fee: 120 EUR, deadline March 29th, 2027
Late fee rate: 240 EUR, from February 16th to March 29th, 2027
GSME members attendees: 100 EUR (GSME members should also become EAS members), deadline March 29th, 2027
Refunds / Cancellation
In case a delegate cancels his/her participation, the conference host and EAS will apply a clear cancellation policy:
- Cancellations before February 24th, 2027: full refund
- Cancellations before March 20th, 2027: 50% refund
- Cancellations from March 21st, 2027 are not subject to any refund.
