Jelena Martinović Bogojević
Jelena Martinović Bogojević, PhD is a Professor (Full) at the Music Academy of the University of Montenegro in the Department of Music Pedagogy. She obtained her doctoral degree at the Academy of Music of the University of Ljubljana in the field of music pedagogy. She is the author of scientific papers published in journals indexed in the A&HCI and SCOPUS databases. From 2012 to 2015 she has been the head of the national research project Identity elements of the Montenegrin Music as a Basis for Multicultural and Intercultural Development. She co-authored four textbooks and methodical manuals for music education in primary schools in Montenegro. She co-edited five books of proceedings from international conferences. She prepared a collection of piano pieces by contemporary Montenegrin composers (Klavirint, 2015). Jelena Martinović Bogojević is one of the founders of the International Symposium on Music Pedagogy (SIMPED) at the Music Academy in Cetinje and the member of the Committee for Music at the Montenegrin Academy of Science and Arts (CANU). From 2021 she is also a member of the Quality Assurance Center of the University of Montenegro.
