The EAS sent out a Call for “Regional Events 2021” and Sabina Vidulin applied with her “Seventh international Symposium of Music Pedagogues” which is organized by the Academy of Music in Pula and will be held from May 13 to May 15 2021 for the first time online. The EAS is supporting this symposium and acknowlegdes the great organisational work behind this event.
The symposium has the topic: Multidisciplinary Crossroads: Researches in Music Education
The intention of the Symposium is to bring together experts in various fields of music with the aim of improving music-pedagogical theory and practice. In addition to the teams in the field of music pedagogy, the concept of this year’s symposium includes the fields of musicology, psychology of music, sociology of music, ear training, educational projects and sound therapy. The participants are invited presenters from Croatia, Italy, Austria, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Poland, Hungary, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Montenegro and the USA. Fifty-two participants will present 34 topics.

The online symposium is organized by the Academy of Music in Pula. The partners are: European Association of Conservatoires (Association Européenne des Conservatoires – AEC), the European Association for Music in Schools (EAS) and the Regional Network Psychology and Music (RNPaM).
