Your EAS membership in 2026

Please note that you need to register as an EAS member before registering for the EAS 2026 Conference in Vienna.

If you want to register for EAS conferences, please provide the same email address as you use on the ConfTool platform in the membership application.
After filling in the membership form, you will receive a confirmation and (if applicable) a payment link within a few days. Once you receive this email, you will also be able to register for this year’s conference

Members in a formal EAS role (e.g. board members, national coordinators, special focus group leads …) are subject to the same membership conditions as other members. You do not have to indicate if you are a regular or acceded member. Honorary membership is managed by EAS.

Information for institutions and organisations

Your organisation’s contact person will receive an invoice for the yearly € 100 membership fee.
